What to Eat & Drink
Focus on warm, easy to digest, plant based meals for the first three days after the cleanse. Adding on smoothies from HŌM will help you accomplish this! Introduce proteins slowly.
1. Eggs, fatty fish and well cooked legumes are great choices!
2 Choose unprocessed healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil, avocado,and ghee.
3 For the first few days choose nut butters over solid nuts.
4. Slowly bring back caffeine if desired with organic decaf coffee, green tea, and cacao.
5. Drink lots of water throughout the day to continue the cleansing process.
6. Add lemon for a bonus!
7. Stay clear of sugar. If you have a sweet tooth, choose monk fruit, stevia, yacon syrup, organic agave, and berries.
8. Avoid alcohol for the first few days post Detox Box.
Be sure to get adequate sleep and take time to rest in order for your body to function efficiently and feel the benefits of the Detox Box. Move your body, get your heart rate and sweat! This increases circulation and the detoxification through your blood and skin. Getting outdoors is a great way to destress and detox! Practical self care: time with self and good company, meditation, journaling, nature, baths, message, breath work, reading, music, anything that brings you joy and connection!
