Focus on plant based foods for your meals at least days prior to starting the Detox Box. Vegetables, low sugar fruits like berries, whole grains and legumes are recommended. If plant based eating is new for you, eggs are ok to include. Increase your water intake. This will initiate the flush of toxins so that when you start the detox, your body is prepared to eliminate “garbage”.
Set Your Schedule
Make sure you know ahead of time when you are starting and ending your detox. Have everything in place before including your post detox protocol. Familiarize yourself with the Detox daily schedule and preparation instructions. It is helpful to organize each Detox meal into your specific schedule to avoid situations where you are without your meals.
Set the Scene
If having certain foods and beverages in your home or work environment are tempting and too hard to resist, make sure you have removed them from your home ahead of time.
